I received a cancellation email for one of my trip plan but my itinerary didn’t update, why?

If you cancel one part of your trip (a flight or a train for example), the cancellation email you received in your in-box won’t delete the related trip plan in your Wipolo account. Our tool is only able to create trip plans, not to delete them.

But do not worry, you can delete a trip plan easily! On, click on “actions” next to the plan, then on “delete”. On your app, click on the “edit” button in the trip plan page, then on “delete”.
